How fast do you reply?
We try to reply to support requests within two business days. Creator Beta reviews and payouts questions get a faster reply, usually within 24 hours.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a recovery link. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us here.
Where can I report a copyright issue?
See our Copyright & DMCA policy for the formal takedown and counter-notice procedures. For urgent infringements, write to us here so we can flag the listing while the formal notice is in transit.
I want to publish on Knotwell. What should I do?
Apply to the Creator Beta via the form at /apply. We read every application personally and reply within the ETA listed there.
